OC Parks Hires GeomorphIS to Prepare Wildland Fire Management Plan

The Orange County parks department (OC Parks) has hired GeomorphIS to prepare a Wildland Fire Management Plan (WFMP) for the Irvine Regional Park located in Orange County, California. GeomorphIS fire planners and ecologists will research the conditions of the study area, conduct a wildfire risk assessment and analysis, coordinate with cooperating agencies and stakeholders, and develop the WFMP. The results of this study and the report format will serve as a guide for developing WFMPs for other facilities managed by OC Parks.
